Ashley Waugh
Hey, I’m Ashley: a yoga teacher (E-RYT 500, YACEP), Respiratory Therapist, Certified Breathwork Coach, and founder of The Shala.
The practice of Ashtanga yoga has always been special to me. I enjoy introducing this style to students in an approachable way — I believe that it is a challenging and transformative practice that is accessible to anyone willing to do the work. I also love working one-on-one with students who are new to yoga to help them build a safe, strong foundation and develop an empowering personal practice.
You’ll find me teaching Vinyasa-style flow classes, following in the lineage of Jonny Kest, where we explore the connection of breath with movement.
Off the mat, I love spending time in nature with my dog Gatsby, cooking great meals, and drinking good coffee with friends.
I can’t wait to flow with you!

Kate Moore
Hi, I'm Kate! As a registered yoga teacher, my journey was profoundly shaped by Ashiatsu training. While I've been exploring my personal yoga practice for many years, 2024 was a pivotal year that deepened my commitment to these teachings.
As a business analyst in the corporate world, I understand the daily stresses and the need to find an outlet to realign one's well-being. Initially focused on physical health, I soon discovered yoga's broader benefits, leading me to pursue formal training. This not only enhanced my own well-being but also ignited a passion to share this journey with others. Through my teaching, I aim to bring health and joy by connecting breath with movement, helping others discover yoga's holistic benefits.
I look forward to sharing this journey with you all.

Sarah Hardy
Hello! I'm Sarah.
I have had the pleasure of learning from many incredible teachers.
I am an E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor and YACEP with Yoga Alliance. My initial yoga training was through Moksha Yoga in Montreal of 2012. I have also trained in Flow and Prenatal yoga with Moksha International.
I trained with Bryce Yoga in Vinyasa Yoga, Bernie Clarke in Yin Yoga and Gloria Latham in Kundalini Yoga.
In 2016 I traveled to India to train in traditional Hatha and Pranayama with Sri Sahay Gyanshankar.
I am also trained in Sound Therapy through the Institute of Traditional Medicine. In 2019, I traveled to China to study with a Daoist Master, diving deeper into energetic movement and meditation.
I am honoured by each and every person who invites me to share a piece of their journey with them.

Anna Del Duca
Hi, I’m Anna! I’ve been a student of Eastern philosophy, wellness practices, and religion since 1980. While my path to the present hasn’t been the most direct, decades of stress and finally burnout forced my meditation “hobby” into an effective daily practice.
Since leaving the corporate healthcare world, I’ve immersed myself deeper in Buddhist studies, practice and various meditation certifications. The practice and techniques are strength training for the mind. My classes are rooted in science, and are simple - but not easy. They work. I know, because I use them every day and I’ve become better at finding the comfort in discomfort.
Off the cushion, in the early morning, you can find me enjoying coffee, working out or running (slowly) on a trail.

Rebecca Costa
Hi, I’m Rebecca! I’m a certified yoga teacher for both little and adult yogis.
As a corporate office worker by day, I understand the importance of taking time to nourish both your body and mind each day, and I incorporate a variety of joyful movement into my daily routine.
In my classes, I work to create a welcoming community and comfortable atmosphere for students to open themselves to the messages of the Divine Spirit within them through heart-centred yoga and meditation.

Megan Miller (Reitzel)
Hi! I’m a Yoga Instructor and Registered Massage Therapy graduate, currently preparing for my licensing exams. I completed my yoga teacher training in Bali, where I developed a strong foundation in mindful movement, body awareness, and alignment. As I transition into massage therapy, I bring this integrative approach into my work, with a focus on nervous system regulation and helping the body find balance and ease. Whether in a yoga class or a one-on-one session, my intention is to support people in feeling more connected, aligned, and at home in their bodies.
